A monotype print is a one of a kind, fine art print that is hand pulled on an etching press. The print is created by painting and drawing in oil based inks on a copper plate and then printing it onto archival fine art Fabriano paper with an etching press. Each dog portrait measures 6" x 8" image size on 11" x 15" paper. I work from a photos supplied by you as my reference and ask that you choose a photo with good lighting, preferably no back lighting or flash.
Monotype portraits are $80 and take 2 to 4 weeks to complete. A 50% deposit is due at the time you order your commission and the final 50% and $7 shipping is due upon completion. When the portrait is finished I will email you an image for your approval before shipping it. Please contact me to arrange your portrait.
